after the catalogue is out, we need to
1. transfer the codes in system,
2. purchase some bags shoes garments watches and
3. send to suppliers
4. key in the purchase order into system
5. check the quantity sold of our products
6. settle the D/O,
7. key in the incoming goods into system
8. check for incoming goods
9. measured the length hight
10. send to photographer in kl, using GDEX or our lorry
11. went to damansara for models shooting,
12. cpy and paste some of the garments shoes in A4 paper and prepare for the new catalogue and
13. send to designer,
14. check and mark the content of catalogue (eg. sizes, colour, codes ),
15. check another copy of colour proof, settled.
