Recap 2021 and talk about my 2022

It's been years since I last update my blog - 5 years is just so long.

I am thinking to download and save all the posts i shared before Google closing down Blogger, but too bad I do not have time for this.

2021

Well, 2021 meant a lot to me. Firstly, I've move on. I left my previous employer that I thought I will never leave them. I think it's a wise choice since I've given a chance to work in a Marketing role, the long-waited role that I can't wait to get, its a switch in career path and I believe I'll get way better after this move.

Before this, in April, Terry proposed to me in Sentosa (on the day of my lunar birthday). Another case is I was diagnosed with melanonychia after I did my biopsy, I feel glad it tested negative for cancerous cell but it's not the end, I will have to continue to monitor this tiny line on my finger (for the rest of my life), I am glad to do so as long as it will always be just a normal melanonychia. I am blessed!

Last but not least, I've collected the key for my first house, I got approved for the mortgage loan application, just can't believe.

Terry and I were staying together since May after the proposal, everything seems alright except that I don't feel good with my housemate. '

2022

Just when I thought 2021 was a hectic year for me, 2022 is way busier than the year before. Just gotten my flight tix to London for a work trip in June, and I am now planning my trip to Europe right after my work trip end. The itinerary is not ready yet of course, too much to get ready, accommodations, crossed-countries flight tix etc.

Another thing is I have decided to held a wedding ceremony in Sep this year, Terry and I have yet to decide the wedding venue yet but we have few choices in our mind. Once the food menu is ready we will decide on the wedding venue follow by sending out the wedding invitation. Pre-wedding photography, wedding gown trying etc are on the go!

Oh and I have to source for furniture, get home appliances ready for my new house ! Trying my best to sort out the quote and work on the budget before I start the renovation (target by this week). Just so much thing on hand !

Really appreciate that my parents, grandma and siblings are healthy, safe and sound, I hope they will always be. Life is precious and I want to share my happiness and success with them, always!
